I couldn't resist trying the new sundaes they have at Baskin Robbins, so we stopped and gave them a try one evening. They're scrumptious... very tasty... mmmm, delectable! And yes, very fattening. A few minutes of pleasure has now become a daily struggle to lose each delicious bite from my hips, stomach, and thighs.

Caitie's excited about hiking again; it's been a while. When she gets tired, she gets a lift.

A toddler admiring artwork, just as adults admire paintings in a museum. We were at the Barnes and Noble bookstore.

Caitie likes to move the benches around. What I like most about this pic is her little tummy pooching out; so cute(it's hard to see in this pic).

An 'overview'(i couldn't help myself) of the Dora book.

Caitie loves the playground.
We went to Peter Piper Pizza on a Friday night not long ago. We'll never make that mistake again. It was a MADHOUSE, and that's an understatement. But Caitie had fun, so it was worth it. Caitie likes the carousel the best; the jump/slide thingy takes a close second. Whenever she plays in it, I have to go in to help her up the first couple of levels, and I end up helping every other toddler that's around Caitie's size as well. Talk about a workout! It gets really warm in there, it's a small area and lots of warm bodies around, so I come out looking like I was in a sauna.

She looks all alone here...

But that didn't last long. There were kids coming out of the woodwork and landing on the horses as the carousel went round.

Caitie likes to play this game. She just goes right up to the hole the ball goes in, puts her hand right over the hole and drops the ball; no need to roll it. Clever girl.

This pic gives you an idea of how crowded it was. It wasn't too bad when we first got there, but boy did that change quickly. From baseball teams to birthday parties and families there like we were, it was filled to the max.
