What if... (warning: this is a silly post)
you saw your daughter with her idea of a suitcase in hand walking out the door? My response was... "Please stop! It was just a bath. So your hair got wet, as did your ears, but was it really that bad that you have to leave?" All I could do is plead with her as she did with me when it came to getting her hair wet; my pleading with her to stay, her pleading with me to leave her hair alone as she ran around the bathtub trying to get away. Caitie still doesn't like having her hair washed. *sigh* Just so you know, she didn't leave... chocolate is a great persuader when it comes to children, as it is with women as well... I know. Mentioning chocolate, I haven't had any in quite a while, what other way is there to raise one's serotonin level? I'm sure Michael would like to know; I've been a bit... what's the word? Oh yeah... moody lately. Well *pffft* to him. *hmph* I don't think I'm moody; how dare he?!? I can't believe I just wrote that, I didn't mean it, Michael; if you're reading this, know that I'm sorry. hmmm... But why should I be sorry?!? I have a right to feel however I choose to feel; So there! Me, moody? Yeah, right... ummm... uhhh... anyway... moving on now... (i took this pic not long after she got out of the bathtub. just kidding about her wanting to leave. really!) Have you actually read this far?!?
What if...
you recorded your daughter dancing while wearing only a pair of pink undies? Would you share with the blog world, or keep it for your eyes only? Here's my answer to that one... (click on 'play' button to view short video clip)
What if...
your daughter kept repeating over and over again what she wanted for dinner and you decided to record it because you thought the way she said it was cute? Would you think the blog world would want to share in this moment or pass on it? Here's my answer to that one... (click on 'play' button to view short video clip)
