My poor neglected blog. I shall add a post before it's been an actual year since my last post.
This post is about cute kitties and a few skill checks Bailey did for her music class.
A feral cat that adopted us gave birth to a litter of kittens a little over six weeks ago. All of us are in love with them already. Talk about cuteness overload! The pics below show only two of them; there are four kittens.
Here is Bailey with Journey. She thought of the name. Most of the kittens have "J" names.
Here she is again with Journey. As you can see, he (could be a she, we're not sure yet) loves to meow.
How did this one get here? Ah yes, Bailey and her "selfies". She's with Sassy. This was my dad's cat. Sassy is still goin' strong... much older, but she's doin' good. We have three other cats as well. Yep, lots o' cats around here.
Here she is with Journey again. We call Bailey the animal and bug whisperer. She has a way with animals and bugs. Yes, I said bugs, even they are calm around her and gravitate towards her.
Here she is with Jamie. Such interesting markings on this cute li'l kitty. Bailey dressed up as 'The Crazy Cat Lady' for halloween, hence the robe and somewhat curly hair. She wore curlers in her hair for part of the costume earlier in the day for her class halloween party.
Here are a few short videos of Bailey doing skill checks for her music class:
Bailey is lip syncing to a windshield ad for a music class assignment. She chose it as her favorite song in order to not have to lip sync much. Clever girl. She used the RV for the windshield part, not sure about the Ken doll... can't really explain... just go with it. ha
In this video she is doing solfège and singing the song 'Land of the Silver Birch' for music class.
She's doing the same thing in this video, but to a different song, 'Two New Blue Balloons'.
And that's all folks... for now.
