Glendale Glitters

We've attended the Glitter and Glow Block Party for the last four years, ever since Caitie was a baby; it has now become tradition. This year the weather was really nice. Caitie spent most of the time playing in the children's play area. There were character slides, bounce houses, a twirling bear ride, a train ride, etc. She had a blast. We snacked on polish sausage dogs, fries, kettle korn, and lemonade. What Caitie and I wanted most was cotton candy, but when Michael found out what it cost, he said no way. He regretted that decision, I didn't let him hear the end of it. But he made up for it the next day at the zoo; he got Caitie and I two bags of cotton candy. ha The main reason I like going to this particular event is to see the hot air balloons up close, and get a few pics of them. The pics never come out good due to it being dark, but I always give it a try anyway.
