This is what a typical conversation is like between me and Caitie...
me: Time to make lunch.
Caitie: I don't want it.
me: Eating good food helps you grow big and strong.
Caitie: I want to grow smaller. (gotta love the oxymoron) :)
me: No you don't, you want to grow bigger.
Caitie: No, I want to grow smaller.
me: Why?
Caitie: So I can ride on the train.
me: What train?
Caitie: Well(after giving it some thought), the Dizzyland(this is how she sometimes pronounces it) train. She repeats it a bit louder and in a more demanding tone: I want to go on the Disneyland(pronounces it correctly this time) train!
me: We went on the Disneyland train.
Caitie: Nooo, we didn't go on the Disneyland train.
me: Yes we did.
Caitie: No we didn't.
This could go on and on, so I finally tell her to not lose that train of thought(no pun intended. ha), that we could get back to it in a few; it was time to make lunch.
There is no arguing with this girl, she's always right. If you tell Caitie the sky is blue, she'll most likely say it's not and say it's another color; you can not change her mind. This goes on all the time. I do believe we have a future lawyer on our hands, yepsiree, I do.
She's getting too big for her britches... ummm, I mean too small for these shoes... ummm yeah, somethin' like that. This is how I think now, total confusion. This happens after so many 'argurments' with this little gal; my mind has gotten all twisted, well, for me it's gotten more twisted, I guess; I've always been somewhat twisted. Anyhoo... Caitie decided to try on my shoes. Not sure why, but Molly-Mae looks like she's in shock; must be the huge shoes. Yeah, yeah, so I have big feet... wait, I meant to say small feet, but really mean big feet. Am I arguing with myself now? Remember, I did say twisted.
(i just happened to think... can someone please tell me why you would have to be smaller to ride on the disneyland train?!?)
