Let's talk bikes, baby

I watched the latest episode of Jon & Kate Plus Eight the other night. Their special guests this week were the Teutuls. If you're not familiar with that name, the only question I have for you is... What rock have you been living under the last few years?!? ha Anyway, the Teutuls are the stars of another TLC show, American Chopper. It stars a father and his two sons. They fabricate and build their own bikes(aka: choppers). Actually, Paul Sr. and Paul Jr. build the bikes, Mikey is on the show to help lighten it up. If you've seen the show, you know what I'm talkin' about. I was a fan when it first came out, but haven't watched it in ages; it was nice seeing all the OCC(Orange County Choppers) guys again. Back to the J&K + 8 show... the part I took notice of the most during this episode is how well Mikey Teutul got along with everyone, especially the eight Gosselin kids and Kate. Kate took him to the spa, which was both cute and funny. Mikey has a great sense of humor. I wish we had a Mikey living next door... what a great guy.

Kate doesn't look too thrilled about riding on a chopper with Paul Sr. She commented on him being quite sweaty. Way to go, Kate. ha



Paul Sr., Kate, and Jon. The OCC guys made a chopper for Jon, which he helped design and make. There wasn't much coverage on this part, which was a bit disappointing; as usual Kate stole the show. I guess I should have tuned in to the American Chopper episode covering more of this story.

I couldn't leave my little biker chick out, so here is a pic I took of her on our last trip to our property up near Seligman. She loves riding on my quad. It's not a chopper, but I'll stick with four wheels, thank you very much.
