Patriotic Pie
I made a yogurt cool whip pie for the 4th. It's one of the easiest recipes in existence. Just grab up to three yogurts in the flavor of your choice, the 6 ounce size, and mix them with an 8 ounce container of cool whip. You can add fresh fruit as well, if you like. I made a blueberry flavored pie, so I added some fresh blueberries. Once it's all mixed, add it to a store-bought graham cracker crust pie shell, cover it and put it in the freezer until it's firm. Thaw before serving, maybe around 20-30 minutes. I got two 8 ounce containers of cool whip;I used the second one as a topping for the pie. I then added some fresh fruit, strawberries and blueberries, on top to give it that July 4th flair. I'm patriotic... yepsiree, I am!
