It's been a year since my dad's passing. It doesn't seem like it's been that long, but then it does considering I now have a four-month-old daughter; she was conceived not long before my dad's passing. I named her after my dad; she has his middle name Lynn. I wish he could have met her.
I wanted to include a pic of my dad, and this is one of the few I had to choose from (he wasn't too crazy about having his pic taken); the reason I chose this one is because it shows his tender side. I took this pic on Father's Day back in 2007. My dad's holding Caitie (she called him Gramps); she was around 21 months old. My dad held her the whole time we were together.
