Barbecue on the Rim at Sundown (déjà vu style)

We went up to Woods Canyon Lake the week before Caitie headed back to school and started Kindergarten. If you want to know what it was like, just read the post with the same name from a couple of weeks before this trip... it was pretty much the same. The only thing different this time was getting there a few minutes earlier than the last time which allowed us to go on a short hike, which was nice.

I took a few pics, of which didn't come out very good due to poor lighting (at least that's the excuse i'm using)...

I took a quick pic of daddy with his two gals by the lake.



One other thing different than the last trip is the pack-'n-play... we remembered to bring it this time. Bailey stayed in it while we roasted the hot dogs and s'mores.



Wanna feel dizzy? View this pic for too long and it's bound to happen. I like the 'action' in this shot, even though it's blurry. It wasn't too long after this that both girls had jackets on; it cools down quite a bit once the sun goes down. We enjoyed the trip, even though it was a short one; we're getting used to short trips.
