Bailey had a meltdown at 'mash the cupcake' time, and it continued for the rest of the night. She needed to do some poopin', but that thing wasn't movin'. Poor thing... I wish her first birthday could have been better. Her cryin' wasn't all due to the poopin' problem though, I contributed to it by screaming like a lunatic when she attempted to take a taste of her cupcake, which was the whole point, mind you, but I wanted a 'perfect first birthday mash the cupcake pic' and I screamed because I wasn't ready... oh yes I did. Bailey would have most likely devoured her cupcake if I hadn't screamed; such is life when there's a 'professional photographer wannabe that hasn't a chance in... well, you know what I mean, of ever being one' living in the household.
Anyhoo... Thanks to all of you who came to spend some time with 'our little sunshine', and thanks for all the wonderful gifts. Sorry I forgot to put bowls out for the salsa, and sorry about forgetting to put the ice cream out. I'm sure you can't wait to ask me to be in charge of your next party... I'll be waiting for your call... um, yeah...
