We made plans to head out to the Palm Valley housing development, where we picked up a price sheet and walked through the model homes again. Yes, we're still on a search for a new house with a big lot. We figured with new house sales being low that the builder may have new incentives to get people to buy, which they did. They slashed prices on the houses and the lots, but that didn't help bring the price down enough on the model home and premium lot we like for us to even consider buying. We decided to pick up some dinner, which consisted of hot dogs, fries, and can you believe it... Freezees from Tastee-Freez. Yes, you read correctly, Tastee-Freez. I didn't know they existed anymore; I haven't seen one in ages. It took me back in time. We then headed back to the housing development where there's a picnic table and playground. It was time for food and play. You're probably wondering if the house search will ever end... so are we. All I can say is... Stay tuned...
