We got up fairly early(for us) and headed over to Disneyland. I snapped these first two pics before heading out. We got Caitie a Disneyland Railroad hat the night before, which she ended up wearing for the remainder of the trip. She picked it out. It makes train sounds; she's listening to it.

She loved the carousel ride at Disneyland the most. She went on it over and over and over again. We kept thinking of how she could ride that same ride here at home at the Phoenix Zoo, but we didn't say anything, we let her do what she wanted... most of the time.

Her second favorite ride was Dumbo. She loves those elephants. She liked pulling the lever up and down to make the elephant move up and down during the ride. I have to admit, I really like that ride too.

We took a break in the middle of the day and headed back to our hotel room. On the way out, when heading back to Disneyland after our break, I took these three pics. I love the architecture and light fixtures in the hotel.

I took this pic when walking through Downtown Disney on our way back to Disneyland. There are some pretty neat things to get pics of.

I wanted to get this pic the day before, but we were in a hurry to get into Disneyland, but I did finally get it. This is what you see before entering Disneyland.

Everytime Caitie saw this ride, which is on the way to Fantasyland, the area of the park we were at the most, she wanted to ride it. So we finally did. It's not much different than the Dumbo ride. It goes round and round, and you're able to push a lever, with your foot, to make it go up and down, just like the Dumbo ride. It may have been a bit faster though. We all three sat in one rocket, Michael, then me, and then Caitie. I had to do the foot control, and let me tell ya, it wasn't easy! Talk about a workout! The whole trip was like one long workout to me. Lots of walking, etc. But it felt good.

Here are the teacups. Caitie was looking forward to this ride. We told her about it before the trip. She thought it was fun, but we only ended up going on it one time.

She picked one of the yellow cups.

Michael was the official teacup spinner; he likes to go fast. It's not always so good on the stomach though; I get dizzy easily and then queasy.

We went to Toontown, but Caitie didn't enjoy it all that much. We didn't spend much time there.

We went on the Pirates of the Carribean ride a few times, the first time on Sunday evening. Caitie didn't have much of a reaction at that time, she was still tired from being up so late the night before. So when we went on it again, we watched for a reaction, which there was some, but not a whole lot, even with the dips she was fine, but didn't care to go on it again. It's one of my favorite rides at Disneyland, and Michael's as well; we were hoping she would like it.

We were planning on going on the Mark Twain Riverboat, but never did get around to it. That's what is lit up in the background in this pic.

This is Main Street lit up at night. This is not the best pic, but wanted to show the lights and crowd. We're heading to one of the gift shops before leaving; the park was closing.

This is where we'll be on Day 3.

This is the lobby at the hotel. I stopped to get a pic before heading up to our room for the night. I love the stone pillars in front of the fireplace area. They always had a fire going in there. I also got a shot of the piano player; he plays beautifully. It's hard to see him in this pic.
