Water and Paint

Instead of using our built-in sprinkler system, we decided to let Caitie water the yard. Not sure this is the best way to go if we want to have a green yard all at once instead of in small patches.



Looking around to see how much more of the grass needs watering. It seems she's having second thoughts about this task.

She suggests we try xeriscaping.

This pic has nothing to do with her watering the yard, but I felt the need to include it and comment about her decent braids this time around; I was ashamed of my first attempt at braiding her hair. I didn't do too bad this time; there's no curvy braid, they're both straight. ha

What does one do after yard work? Why, paint, of course! She saw an egg paint kit at Borders Bookstore and insisted on getting it. She enjoys painting.
