Cat in the Bath

I ended up bathing Holly-Hoo in the kitchen sink instead of the plastic container we bought at Home Depot. I don't usually bathe the cats, the only reason I decided to bathe Holly is because she's not as neat and clean as her sister Molly-Mae, and has clumps of fur that needs to be cut often due to her thick fur, and she has some dandruff as well. I'm able to type this, so you know I still have my fingers intact, and I didn't get a single scratch. I wasn't sure what to expect, but glad things went well. Caitie enjoyed the experience, as did I; it was actually kind of relaxing. Holly-Hoo can expect more baths now... I'm sure she's thrilled. ha

"mmmm... So soft with the smell of violets and heather dancing in a warm spring rain..." Not! It's an old towel that has lost it's soft, fluffy feel, and there's no scent; I use unscented laundry detergent and I don't use fabric softener in the dryer. But doesn't Caitie make the towel look soft and fragrant? What's up with violets and heather dancing in the rain?!? Where do I come up with this stuff? Scary question... on to other thoughts... those are usually scary too... oh well...

Such a pussycat... I don't know if I would think the same if I could read her thoughts. ha (It wasn't easy getting this shot, the hand I used to take the pic was wet, and I was holding on to Holly with my other hand, who would have leapt out given the chance, I'm sure. ha)

Caitie kept telling Holly-Hoo that she would be OK; even after the bath was over. Caitie brought her some food to help soothe her after her traumatic ordeal. :)
