The Blog is Back

And with it comes a new look. It's on the 'cold' side now with grays and blues; I thought it might be appealing during the everlasting, never-ending, extremely long days of summer. I'm not a summertime kinda gal; I'm looking forward to my favorite season, fall, which will be here in exactly 37 days, 42 minutes, and 15 seconds, not that I'm counting or anything. Just hurry up and get here already, will ya! *whew* I feel better now. Anyway, I decided to keep posting pics here, but with less commentary. ha I'm not very good at that.

Caitie loves her Thomas the Train towel. She has a duck towel too, but it bit the dust when Thomas arrived. Poor duck.



I don't remember what was goin' on when I took this pic, it looks like she's bein' sneaky, but it doesn't really matter, it's just a darn cute pic, don't you think?



Enjoying a nice dinner at the original Garcia's Restaurant. We were hoping to get there in time to hear the mariachi band, but we didn't. Maybe next time.



We were one of the last to leave the restaurant that night, which made for a good photo op; it's a bit on the bright side though. I still need to work on getting decent pics in stores and restaurants with my Canon Powershot camera.



Caitie likes to play in the kitchen area of both Home Depot and Lowe's. This pic was taken at Lowe's. Her outfit and the countertop are similar in color; I try to color coordinate when taking pics... NOT! ha This one time it just happened to turn out that way.



I love how this pic came about; it was taken while at Lowe's. Caitie likes to play with my Canon Powershot camera, it's small enough to carry in my purse. She asked to see it, and then took my hand and guided me over next to her daddy, telling me to stand next to him, she then asked us to say "cheese", she then snapped the pic. So cute, and very well done. That's my little photographer. :)
